perfect point to explore keswick's parks and landmarks
We had a fantastic stay, with a warm welcome from the hosts and a beautifully decorated, clean king room that made us feel right at home while being just a few steps from Fitz Park and less than a 10-minute walk to the stunning views at Walla Crag, both perfect spots for leisurely strolls and enjoying Keswick’s scenery.

leigh and mat were super friendly n made us feel right at home. the breakfast was really good, loads of options to pick from and it was all freshly made. the location was perfect, just a short walk to keswick town center. our king room was charming, clean n cozy overall. we also loved the little homemade treats left out for us!
the room was a bit on the small side and could use more space. also, parking was kinda tight and a bit tricky to maneuver.

It was just an excellent fit for a brief pause in Keswick with good value for money. The homemade cake at breakfast was a delightful treat. Make sure to arrive early to enjoy the full spread before it runs out.

We stayed for 4 nights in a Deluxe King Room and loved the phenomenal breakfast and the comfy four-poster bed. The garden area was perfect for chilling out with a book, and the lounge was a nice touch for relaxing after a day of exploring. Just a heads up, the TV setup felt a bit awkward for anything other than watching from bed, but it didn’t ruin our stay at all! 😊

Amazing location, just a short walk from restaurants and the golf course. The bed felt a bit too firm for my liking.

We had an amazing stay here with friends! We explored the stunning Helvellyn range and enjoyed some local eateries suggested by our fantastic hosts. The room was spotless, and the breakfast blew us away, especially the delicious bacon! Don't miss the homemade cakes throughout the day. Seriously, great spot for a group getaway!
One minor issue was that our coats got pretty soggy from the rain, and while they helped, it was an uncomfortable experience to deal with wet clothing during our stay.

Best breakfasts ever!
Just spent 4 nights here and I gotta say, the breakfast options were crazy good! Paul and Barbara are super chill hosts who really know their stuff about the area. Loved our room with the comfy bed. Only bummer was no air conditioning, but we managed. Can't wait to come back next year!

The room featured a huge bed with tasteful furniture, creating a cozy atmosphere that felt more upscale than merely a guest house. Homemade brownies and flapjacks greeted us in the lobby, while the breakfast menu offered an impressive range of options including delicious vegan dishes, all freshly prepared and satisfying.
While the parking is tight, making it a little tricky to maneuver, the focus on cleanliness and detail throughout the premises was noteworthy. The overall experience had its charming elements but could feel a touch cramped in certain areas, especially if you're looking for large, open spaces.
